The first thing that strikes your mind when you look at a Donskoy cat is the lack of hair. These breeds have four different types of coats that vary from totally bald to sparsely bald.
The cats are very affectionate and love cuddling whenever they get a chance. This cat breed loves making friends, even with other pets. They are exceptionally social and aren't always eager to play with strangers.

Being hairless, these cats demands none of the daily grooming and brushing that so many cat breeds require. But keep in mind that being hairless Donskoy cats can get a bad case of sunburn.
These cats if taken out in the sun can develop skin related problems. Also, these cats will require a thorough wipe from time to time to avoid their skin get greasy.
